FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

What is the best way to wash my plush or fleece item? 

Most of our plush and fleece items can be machine washed separately in cold water and air-dried. For specific care instructions for your item, please refer to the sewn-in care label.  

 

How do I make a return or exchange? 

We do not offer exchanges. If want to make a return, we accept returns as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our return policy for full details. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Shipping times vary, but your order will ship from our warehouse location on the east coast within 2 days of your purchase. Our free shipping, economy, should arrive in 4-10 business days. Ground shipping will arrive in 1-7 business days. Two day will arrive in 1-2 business days. Overnight will arrive next business day.  

 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not currently ship internationally. We only ship to the United States and its territories and APO/FPO addresses.

My blanket has a quality issue. What do I do? 

We’re so sorry that you’re experiencing a quality issue with your item! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from berkshirerevive.com due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to resolve the situation within 90 days of your purchase. Please review our full [quality claim policy here]. 

 

I’m interested in buying your items wholesale. How do I go about doing that? 

We do not have a wholesaler program. If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity of blankets or throws made by us, please contact us aeditor@berkshirerevive.com and we can put you in touch with our sales department or hospitality partners.  

 

I volunteer with an organization and we’re in need of blankets. Do you donate products?
