Love the blanket & love the color!
I love this blanket SO much. I sleep so much better with it and it helps to calm my issues with anxiety. That alone is worth so much for me. I’ve never had a blanket this soft! It is warm yet doesn’t make me sweat like others do. I highly recommend!
I bought it as a gift for an elderly gentleman in a nursing home. I am hoping he will love it. It is nice and soft.
I've been wanting a sort of rust-colored blanket or comforter for a while now but have had a lot of trouble finding something that's OEKO-TEX certified and comes in a color I like (I'm very picky, my fiancé says). I was also leaning toward cotton, since we live in Texas, but the only options seemed to be super dark burnt orange (I wanted soft red/orange, not University of Texas Longhorns colored bedding!) and REALLY expensive.
I decided to go ahead and order this blanket in Baked Clay because it's winter, so it's a bit cooler, and at least this is free from most toxic chemicals--and you can't beat the price. But I expected to be disappointed and send it back. And in all honesty, I was a little surprised that the color wasn't what I expected...but it's ok because I LOVE it.
The tag on the baked clay blanket says "Carrot Cake," for reference, and instead of being kind of orangey like it looks online, it's kind of a dusty rose. But I'm actually really happy about that because it looks much more feminine. And paired with our white sheets and beige curtains, it looks really soft and boho chic.
And it is SO SOFT!!!!! It feels like angel fur. Every time I climb into bed or even just sit on the bed, I just MELT. And while I don't usually love polyester bedding, for the winter time, this is wonderful and warm and just luxuriously soft. We both absolutely love it. And I love that it's made from recycled plastic so there's less of that stuff in the oceans.
It did shed quite a bit when we first got it out of the package and put it on the bed, but that seems to have subsided now that we've been snuggling with it for a week or two. Buy this blanket. It's absolutely dreamy.
